Product delivery
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours depending on item availability and credit card verification . If the product is not available or on stock, a service representative will be in contact with you and announce an estimated delivery time. All orders are delivered with Islandspostur and their delivery, transportation and insurance terms apply to the delivery. VOLCANO DESIGN is thereby not responsible for damage during delivery. The buyer is responsible for damage during transportation from VOLCANO DESIGN to the buyer. Domestic orders are shipped in 2-4 days. International shipping time is 5-12 days. Please note that Islandspostur does not deliver to APO (Army Post Office) addresses or PO boxes.

Deliveries from Islandspostur can be subjected to duties and taxes according to the receiving country’s laws. These charges are not included in the product price.

Cancellation right / right to return and refund
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with items purchased at volcanodesign.is domestic buyer has 14 days to cancel a purchase and international buyer 21 days, as long as he has not used the product and the product is returned in unopened packages and in good order. The cancellation period starts when the product has been delived to the receiver. The invoice for the product has to be included in the return. Refund is made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product has been returned. Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the package to VOLCANO DESIGN.
